I'm a Product Designer specialising in ecommerce and digital products with a particular focus on the GCC market. I've spent 5 years working with brands like GUESS, Tanagra, Faces, Gap, and Athleta, designing experiences that balance user needs with the operational realities that businesses actually face.
My approach is practical by instinct. I adapt the design to how the business works, rather than expecting the business to reorganise itself around what I build. That means understanding constraints early, designing for edge cases, and shipping things that actually get built the way they were intended.
I've worked across the full product design lifecycle user research, information architecture, interaction design, design systems, and handoff and I'm equally comfortable in fast-moving freelance environments and structured in-house product teams.
I also run DesignDrop, a design consultancy focused on ecommerce UX and conversion optimisation.
